Hi, my name is Tom Macdonald, or as many now know me, Tom The Dreamer.
I have worked in the mattress industry in one form or another for over 20 years, and have tried almost every style of mattress on the market. I have a passion for finding the most comfortable mattresses and using my extensive experience and knowledge to find the right mattress for you.

I want to treat my clients with the best service so they stay happy clients for life. I look at each situation and service issue as an opportunity to keep a client happy, vs most stores that don’t care or even look at clients as lifetime clients, but instead only focus on the next sale.
The box stores have more new clients coming into them to buy new products vs upset clients leaving them for life because they did not get taken care of when it mattered most. So with that ratio they really don’t even have incentive to even try to take care of issues and keep clients happy, it is now just simply 1-800-GOODLUCK!
